The SATA III 6Gb/s interface and cutting-edge 3D NAND technology of Transcend's M.2 SSD MTS570T enable the vertical stacking of 112 layers of 3D NAND flash chips. This density breakthrough significantly increases storage efficiency when compared to 3D NAND at 96 layers, and its integrated DRAM cache enables quicker access. The MTS570T, which uses 30" gold finger PCB and Corner Bond technology, is thoroughly tested in-house to ensure dependability in mission-critical applications. It has a 3K Program/Erase cycle endurance rating and an extended operating temperature range of -20°C to 75°C.
To ensure continued operation, increased durability, and ideal dependability in mission-critical applications, Transcend additionally provides the MTS570T-I with wide temperature capabilities (-40°C 85°C).
